1. Booking & Appointments

- All sessions must be pre-booked through our website, phone, or in person.

- Appointments are confirmed only upon successful payment or advance as per package terms.

- Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability.

- No-shows or late cancellations may lead to forfeiture of advance.
2. Payments

- We accept digital payments through trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).

- Full payment may be required before or on the day of the shoot depending on the package.

- All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of service cancellation by us.

- Refund or reschedule is not applicable once photoshoots are completed.
3. Service Scope

- We offer photography services including baby photoshoots, family sessions, and event coverage.

- Final deliverables (photos/prints/albums) and delivery timelines will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

- Edits and retouching are provided as per package. Additional edits may incur extra charges.
4. Photo Usage & Consent

- We may use selected images for promotional purposes on our website or social media only with your written or verbal consent.

- You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Client Responsibilities

- Clients are expected to arrive on time. Delays may result in shorter session time.

- Any special requests (themes, outfits, props) should be discussed and finalized before the session.

- Clients must handle their children and belongings with care during the session.
6. Studio Rights

- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any shoot in case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, technical failure, etc.).

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our studio policies or behaving inappropriately.
