Our Return & Refund Policy

At Toons Baby Studio, we strive to offer a seamless and joyful experience for all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. Registration Fee

All registrations require advance payment to confirm your booking. This fee ensures your slot is reserved and is non-transferable.

2. Cancellation by Client

• Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund (only if the shoot has not yet taken place or been scheduled).
• After 24 hours: No refund will be issued.
• No-shows on the scheduled date: No refund or rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your shoot once, with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your original shoot date.
• Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

4. Cancellation by Studio

In the rare event that we needs to cancel a shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule at no additional cost

5. Special Offers & Limited-Time Packages

No refunds will be provided for discounted or promotional packages, including seasonal offers (e.g., Janmashtami, Diwali, etc.).

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
